Shipping

Shipping Methods:

Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. Our primary carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS). We will use other carriers (UPS, FEDEX) if necessary to get your order to you in a timely manner. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

Shipment Delivery Time: Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers. Normal delivery time for orders shipped USPS is 2 to 3 days if you are in the continental United States. Shipping time for orders shipped to international locations is 6 to 10 working days. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you by email.

Payments

Payment Methods:

PayPal preferred / Credit cards accepted. Rick's Engine Parts prefers PayPal but will also accept cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Can I pay by a money order or check? We will accept payment by personal check or money order but will not ship your order until the check or money order has cleared. It can take a week to 10 days for a check to clear.

Returns

Return Policies:

It is necessary to contact us at RicksEngineParts.com to get authorization for a return. On all returns we will send an email to the original purchaser verifying the return and credit amount. Return of new parts still in the package that were ordered by mistake, can normally be returned to us within 14 days of the original ship date and we'll refund the full purchase price and applicable taxes, not including shipping and handling charges. There is a 20% restocking fee for every New item returned.

We will replace any part you receive that is defective (during the warranty period) or a part sent in error. during the warranty period. We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments of returns. Returned part(s) will be inspected to determine refund amount for merchandise and shipping costs. This amount may be less than original payment based on condition of return.

You will not be responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the replacement or a defective part or parts sent in error. Shipping and handling charges on the original part will be applied to the replacement; they will not be refunded.

If you know that the order you placed is incorrect, do not open the box. We ship most orders through USPS Priority Mail and they can be refused. Non-warranty returns must be in original condition when returned to us. Repack the part in the original shipping box with the original packing materials and any materials sent with the merchandise. Substitute comparable shipping materials if necessary. Remove or mark through all old shipping labels on the outside of the box. All returns must be sent prepaid; no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of merchandise, Ricksengineparts.com will provide a refund, as appropriate, and a receipt will be emailed to you. Any merchandise credit will include sales tax. Shipping and handling costs will also be refunded at that time, if applicable.
